Cant upload image - Aquarium Advice

I am trying to upload an image and i keep getting an error telling me that i have reached my uplaod limit. I have gon ito one of my posts and removed 3 pictures as well as removing the images that were in my photo gallary and i still get the same error.

Your profile shows that you have 49% left on your upload quota, or roughly 490 KB, how bis is the pic your trying to upload?

thats it, sorry. its 576k.

Maximum upload filesize is 100KB for the forum and 250KB for the photogallery. Anything larger than that must be resized.
