Ok when i posted a pic in the photo gallery. The pic said its pending approval. i was just wondering what that meant. thank you

The management has to approve your pic to make sure it`s nothing bad

ok thank you. I never done it before so I'm just figuring out how to do all these things, with my new cam. The only thing i cant do is get a pic to go to my avatar i can't seem to make it small enough or something like that. Well thanks for the quick reply.

I have to go to my HP program and it will resize the pic so you can get it on.

There are posts in Show Off/Photography about how to resize images. One of them shows you how to do it with a free windows XP plugin.
