How to upload pictures to photogallery

I am trying to upload some pictures from a server and I can't seem to figure out how to use the upload features.

In the extra's section in the upload page it lists "Retrieve all images from a URL:"

How do I use this? I put in my servers address and then it says processing your request, then uploading picture, and then nothing.

My servers address is http://home.neo.rr.com/rkilling/images

Is it possible to upload all the photo's at once? or just a couple at a time vs one by one?

Also, what does "Skip upload and process the files already in your upload directory" mean and how do I use it?

I've never known it to work on any site using PhotoPost, it doesn't work here for sure and never has, to my knowledge. Unfortunately you will have to upload them from your computer.
