Main Page Format Change? - Aquarium Advice

For the longest time the main page has appeared with the board Navigation in the top left, Photos of the Month in the top middle, and the Welcome with your avatar, posts since last visit, etc in the top right. For about the last month the Welcome has been pushed down below both the Photos of the Month and Latest Photos Added to Gallery. I was just wondering if this was an intentional change or perhaps an error?

OS - Windows XP Pro
IE - 6
Theme - Graphite

I noticed that too on my theme. It took me a few seconds to find out where to log in! The look seems to have changed with the addition of the new Site News annoucement about the blog and forum virus.

Yeppers. For some odd reason that post broke some html. It does not appear that any of our users have been strucken with it so I pulled the post.
