I'm gonna let Aaron look at this one, but I'm thinking we have exceeded the amount of space allotted for the site for attachments. I'm pretty sure it will be nothing more than a setting change, but like I said...I'd like to have the brains look at it

This is a case of reading the message exactly. I work in IT support so belive me most people are not in the practice of reading the message word for word.
The key word in the message is "ALL". The site has an attachment quota and that has been exceeded. I am purging OLD attachments per our policy to get us under quota.
