Product reviews, I messed up. - Aquarium Advice

I wrote a review of one of my aquarium books. Went to upload that review and got this error-

I thought it might have been the gif file so I converted it and tried again. Same error, so I thought it might have been an error with the long name of the file so I shortened the name and uploaded again. Now I have three reviews up of the same book. I’m sorry I should have checked that it didn’t upload when I got the error the first time. Could someone please tell me how to delete the extras?

All the issues should be corrected at this point.
