Regional Forums? - Aquarium Advice

How does one go about getting posting privileges for the regional forums? Tried to post a reply in the North Florida forum, since I live in North/Central Florida, but couldn't get in. What do I gotta do?

There should be a post in the given forum you want to post in telling you how to get privliges. baiscly you can either request membership to the moderator of that forum OR you can sign up by visiting their signup page and clickging the "Join" button. there should be a link to that page once again in the post in the forum that talks about how to join.
