I can't figure out where to click on new thread. I don't see thread i see new posts. I tried to edit my bio but that didn't work. Maybe a number i can call that would help my navigate around.

To start a new thread, go to the appropriate forum for your post. You need to be in the forum and not viewing and existing thread. At the top and bottom of the listing you'll see a button for New Thread.
If you could give us a little more details on the other things that didn't work, we can help you through those as well.

To edit your bio click on User CP at the top of the screen. You will find everything you need on the left side of the User CP screen.
