Very annoying Search timer... - Aquarium Advice

I like to whip through the website pretty quickly, and i keep getting this VERY annoying caption "you cannot preform a search so soon" or something. I get it about 10 times every visit. I'm just looking at unanswered posts, My posts, etc. It classifies that as a search, and i'm guessing there's a 30 second timer that clicks off once you preform a search...

These are predefined searches, can't we eliminate the timer on them? Pleeeeaseee?

Sorry they must remain. The timmers are in place as an effort to keep system load down as it results to possible DOS bot attacks.

I will add that I very rarely see this limiter when I use the site because I am using a browser that has tabbed browsing. You can use either Firefox or IE7. I do a search for new posts for example and then open each thread I want to read in a new tab leaving the search page.
