I believe you can send submissions to FishFreek or ReefRunner69 at any time and they will be included in the next contest.

Well quite frankly the 24th came upon me faster than I had expected. So the saltwater one should go up today.
Ill have to see how many submissions we have before I put it up.

The normal time schedule is like this.
Saltwater contest poll goes up with 7 days left in the month. So today would be 7 days left in March so it would go up today. Freshwater contest poll goes up on the 1st of the month and runs for 1 week. p.s. I put the poll up. We only had 4 submissions this month.
