10 gallon tank

Seriously, that is completely off the list, no rams should ever go in a 10 gallon, 20 gallon long minimum
 
I had a breeding pair of rams in a 10 gallon for a short amount of time, they probably only spawned twice before I moved them and they were the only fish in there. It can be done.
 
If you keep your parameters in check and they're the only 2 fish in there, I think it can be done if your main purpose is for breeding. If you want it to be a show tank, then other nano fish would be more suitable. Mine both had tremendous color but unfortunately ate the eggs both times. It was actually an electric blue male and German blue female.
