My brother told me that he doesn't really want his fish tank anymore so I'm going to take it eventually and I was reading the 45 gallon hex angel tank and it got me interested in Angels so my question is could I use a 20 gallon tall tank for angel tank if not what kind of fish would go good in there?

Unfortunately, I would only put an Angelfish in a minimum aquarium of thirty gallons. There are, however, many species you could stock your tank with.

Some include:
Guppies
Dwarf Gouramis
Platies
Swordtails
Some smaller Cories
etc. :)

I don't want community fish I want some semi aggressive fish do you guys know any good ones

I'll go against the grain and say a 20h is ok for a single standard fin angel and a few small tankmates. A pair is fine in a 20h alone as well for a breeding tank. I've bred and kept a lot of angels and fish temperament varies but those are the general guidelines I follow.
