What are a few good cichlids to put in there??

I haven't really looked at any because this will be my first cichlid tank and I didn't really know many cichlids, just the Bolivian rams and GBRs! Ill definitely check these suggestions out! What are sh'll dwellers? Is that like crabs and stuff?

No, there very small cichlids that live in escargo shells haha
