75 gal cichlids

Have roughly 23 cichlids and was wondering how often i should feed them.

I feed all my fish once a day every day a week skipping sundays. Some like to feed every other day. Its up to you.

I am glad you asked this question. I thought you were supposed to feed Cichlids 2-3 times a day in small amounts. I like the once a day option alot better

Once a day here too. NLS Thera A is what they get. The garlic smell is so strong.

I do not own any hard core cichlids, only rams and angels, but i think it is reccomended to skip a day of feeding with all fish. Correct me if im wrong but i think i have read/heard that fish dont get food every day in the wild so its good to fast them for a day in captivity? Good luck with your new fish!
