So I have had a 75 with African cichlids for a while and am thinking of switching to cichlids from the Americas. My stock plans are...
(1) 4.5 inch yellow electric cichlid
(2) 4.5 inch blue gill (I understand they are closely related with cichlids)
(2) plecos, one is 10" the other is 4"
And this is my real question I want an Oscar is 2 too many or should I just get one?

I would just do 1 oscar but be careful because they will eat anything that fits in its mouth. Also they are very dirty as far as waste. So good filtration is needed for an oscar. Also a blue gill and A oscar not sure that's a good idea but curious to see how it turns out.

Thanks I was thinking one would be good. My local fish place just got in a lot of baby oscars around 2". i have plenty of filtration 2 eheim canister filters.?
