We have a green terror in a 240l tank with a smaller chocolate rainbow cichlid (about 4 inches) and 2 bosemani 1 plec 1 black shark 1 silver shark.

We have had to remove some mollies a couple of platties and a gourami. They were ok together but after a few days he realised he was boss.

Will the other smaller fish be ok in there with him now and what would I be able to put in there to that would keep the peace?

When we bought him, he was in with a few firemouth cichlids would they stand they're ground with him and take the attention off the rest (which seem ok anyway). And would they themselves leave the smaller fish in peace.

You are mixing tropicals and Cichlids. Most all of the fish you listed require different water and habitat. Out of that list you will soon have 2 cichlids and 2 plecos. The sharks might survive for a while.
