my wife for the past 3 days has noticed this guys sitting at the back of the tank. All water tests are great we are not sure why this fish won't eat or move from this spot!!!

Classic sign of bullying. If the stock get a long otherwise you may move him to a hospital tank, get his strength back and reintroduce, maybe with a scape change.

It may be enough, I wouldn't count on it. A weak fish almost broadcasts to others it's condition.
