African Cichlid ID

Could anyone help me to ID this fish? He/She is one of my favorites.

Also, I am new to African Cichlids... is there a "field guide" or an trick to identifying genus/species names so I can learn about the fish, in my tank?

Look at that site. You can look at Malawi and Victoria as well as tanganyika lake cichlids. Also central and South American. It's my go to
