African cichlid ID please

What kind of African Cichlid is this?

Very good. I went back to the fish store and had it identified. It's a juvenile elongatus chewere.

Ya I'm not sure if it male or female yet. I hope it's a male but I'm pretty sure it's a female.

The only discernible difference I've seen so far is that females tend to be a little more brownish in colour. Especially along the top of their vertical bars. Males typically have a more dark blue, but this may be subjective. As far as sexual maturity. I'd say mine is pretty near, their max size is only around 5-6inches.
