I have no clue why they are scraping against the rocks they r all male and adults new behavior, could they be imfected by a bacteria or something?

Lot's of reasons for flashing like swings in PH, high nitrates, or parasites. Is this something that's happening frequently or after a water change?

Um i know is not parasites but prob nitrate easiest way change some of the water huh?

What are your water parameters currently? How often are they flashing? It's not uncommon for fish to flash occasionaly but if theres more frequency then something is wrong.

Idk the lvl of nitrates or ph at the moment but i just seen the bahavior today on one fish

Keep an eye out for ICK.
It can affect the inner layers of the gill without signs on the exterior.

I was puzzled by it for 2 weeks once. I lost 5 fish before I saw exterior signs on 1 other species in the tank. I started heat and salt treatment and that solved it.
