Aggressive Fish??

I have some Clown Loaches in one of my tanks, I would love a Cychlid or 2 as well, but are they all aggressive? Is there one that would especially suit sharing a tank with my boys? Would appreciate your views.....thanks

Red cap lethrinops would be a good mild mannered friend, but needs sand.

There's also apistos and other dwarf cichlids.

Hi, thanks squirrilah, what a beautiful fish!! I will definately get a couple of those. My boys are very friendly and gentle, i would hate to put something in the tank that would be aggressive towards them. I have riversand, hopefully that would be okay for the rcl's.

There are many mild mannered South American species, what size tank is this? If it is large, uaru amphianthancoides or herichthys bocourti are awesome gentle giants
