Angelfish in the future

So at the moment I have a 60 litre tank and a 180 litre Malawi cichlid tank.. Soon the Malawis are being upgraded to a 450 litre and the 60 litre fish are going in the 180..

In the 60 litre there is

7 rummy nose tetras
2 Bolivian rams
2 cordoras

So when I move them into the 180 I will bump the rummy nose from 7 to 15 and cordoras from 2 to 6...

My question is could I and if I can, how many angelfish would fit in with the current stock?
