Anyone ever use this in their tank?

Was walking threw lowes today and saw these and am wondering if any ever used them or has any info on them. I can't find anything on the net.

I've seen them and thought about it too but I didn't pay any attention to it really. Are they real rock cut down or man made?

I would be careful using man made ones at less it tells you on the box what its made out of. Or contact the company and ask. But let us know because I'm curious.

Still no word from the companies.
Thinking about maybe buying a piece of each and throwing them in separate buckets and seeing what happens. I'll keep every informed.
