Hi all,
3 weeks ago I got 1 male apisto and 4 females for my 30G community tank and for some reason the male constantly harasses 1 specific female and leaves the rest alone! Is this normal behaviour or should it concern me?

Are you sure of the sex, one of them could be a sub-dominant male?

The orange tailed fella is who I believe to b male and the little dark coloured 1 I believe is a female???

The orange tailed one is definitely male, I cant really tell from the pics but the fish in question could be a subdominant male. Any way you could get a clearer pic of it in a more relaxed mood, it's hard to tell when they are in a stress pattern.

I know its hard to tell from the pics but the orange tail fella is probably twice the size of the dark 1, i'll try and get some clearer pics tonight tho
