What can I do to get my water clear note I also have sand whats the best water chemical solution to use?????

Do lots of water changes, chemicals are just asking for trouble

I used to run an extra power head every few days with polishing media on it. It was kind of a pain. And the fish didn't like the extra current. So I bought an extra, low powered canister filter loaded with floss and fine particle polishing media exclusively. I have been very happy with that. Believe it or not, old 100% cotton socks work great too.
Besides all that it takes a while for sand to settle anyway and can continue to cloud for months when disturbed. Eventually with water changes it will dissipate.
Seachem Purigen also works well too for pulling out impurities that can haze water too.
I would not do chemical additives. There is more that can go wrong than right.
