Aquatop CF-300 canister filter on 40 gallon African cichlid tank?

Hi everyone, do you guys thing that this filter would work? It looks good, the price is good and it claims it can filter up to a 75 gallon. It has a uv sterilizer bulb and here is the URL.

If you have a better suggestion please tell me because I don't know much about filtration.
