ahh the guppy of the CA cichlids...LOL How big are they? My inch and a half severums eat 1mm sinking nls with no problem.

Crushed flakes should be fine they'll go crazy for smashes krill or mysis shrimp too

Half an inch id have to say. I have nls for 'small fish' would that be ok? And the krill! Because i have that as well, but dont want to make that their whole diet.

I would try the nls I have also crushed nls into a coarse powder with the side of a butter knife for fry.
