Before you get that Oscar.......

I know Oscars are an amazing fish to keep. I started with them over 40 years ago and loved ALMOST every minute of having them. I say almost because they do require a bit of effort.
This is a great article on keeping Oscars and anyone looking to keep these amazing fish really should read it BEFORE you get them.

We used to breed pairs in custom made tanks. It wasn't so much the gallonage as it was the length and width. We used 48" L x 24"W tanks. It was about 75 US gallons but shorter in height than the standard tank to make up for the 6" extra in width.

How'd you like those Lemons? They weren't even around when I had mine. I'd almost think of getting some if they were available.

I did indeed - very nice. The ones with the long flowing fins I'd never seen either. Grand fish. (and I'd have a perfect excuse for my poor plants )

Right Now 20 gallón but im looking for a 75 gallón since i know they Will b growing Soon

they? 2 ? You really need to get them in a bigger tank sooner than later.. They make a tremendous mess..
