So change of plans so I have a twenty gallon long and I will be changing one of my pairs to that one and keep the other 2 in the same tank with the raspboras and pitbull plec and for the 20 long I'm going to put some black neons and some neons what other type of fish can I add with the raspbora in the 20 tall

I had a school of cherry barbs with mine, fun little fish. Make sure to get males and female for the best display/balance. I had 2 males to each female. Lots of of fish would be compatible, i always Google "tankmates for....." Whatever fish to start my searches. Good luck with your MTS!
