Blue Ram - Aquarium Advice

I just got a blue ram and I'm not sure exactly what to feed him. I couldn't pass him up because he is so colorful. He likes brine shrimp, tubifex worms and brine shrimp. So if any one has any information on what to feed him would be great.

He should eat just about anything, mix it up with different fresh/frozen foods (bloodworms, brine shrimp, etc) and a quality flake food.

I got this package of frozen food from my [acronym:81753a17c5="Local Fish Store"]lfs[/acronym:81753a17c5], it has blood worms, a veggie mix, brine shrimp, and a cichlid mix. I feed a different thing every day, and when I am too lazy to thaw any food, they get a little flake.

my blues seem to like the sinking shrimp pellets I drop in for my loaches.
