I personally wouldnt take what any [acronym:fe6646bc53="Local Fish Store"]LFS[/acronym:fe6646bc53] does as an example of something that will work for the long term (they generally keep juvi. fish and juvi. fish can be mixed with other fish easier then when they become adults.)

If you do some research on rainbowfish, including bosemani, you will find that these are schooling fish and will do best and look best in your tank if you have several of them. I have 35 [acronym:b821c73ec1="Gallon"]gal[/acronym:b821c73ec1] with three different species of rainbowfish. Note bosemani will reach approx. 4 inches in length and are very beautiful once mature.

I have two.. They are very colorful before I switch on the lights.. once the lights are one they will become pale.. Also the male will become colorful when it blushes with female..
