is the mouth stuck wide open?

if so it might have tried to eat something that got caught in its mouth

open mouth

I had a big goldfish once got a piece of gravel stuck in its mouth so look for something stuck in mouth use small tweezers or a small hypo without needle pull pressure to attach and slowly work out so as not too hurt his mouth

How do you get it in because my fish's mouth is small.

What are your tank mates could be an injury otherwise it might be lockjaw.

Tank mates are another MALE BOLIVIAN RAM
And a LEOPARD SAILFIN PLECO( I know it will outgrow so I will move soon)
Tank is a 25g.

I am almost 100% sure it has lockjaw :(

I researched and apparently there isn't really a way to get the jaw back in place :(

There is no way to cure lock jaw. If it starts to disable his life (prohibits him from eating) you may have to just euthanize him.
