Bolivian ram

Do rams ppair of or do they need a 1to4 ratio like africans?

They form pairs, they do not pair for life but they pair for each spawn.

Yes, but once they pair up they will pick on the 3rd wheel.

Yes, anything to break line of sight will definitely help. Even still though you may have to move out the odd one temporarily if it gets too stressed.
