I got these three from pet smart yesterday. I'm planning on getting 3 more and trying to get them to breed. Can anyone tell the sex of any of these? Also, are the big enough to breed or do they need to get a bit bigger.

Tank is 46 gallon bow front heavily planted

You may have to wait a few days until the have settled in a bit and their color comes back a little more. In my experience (which isn't much), they are really stressed when you first get them and they look washed out for a few days.
Also, how big are they? An inch, inch and a half, two inches?

Is this a ram only tank? It could get pretty crazy in there if they breed..

About an inch and a half. There are six oto algae eaters and I wasn't sure what else. Should I get something else to curb the aggression?

I've got my pair in with a school of cardinals and rummynose and tetra and trilineatus corys.

How many rams do you have and what size tank?

Two of them have been fighting now and lip locking. With the other one off to the side. Could this mean something?

Do you plenty of plants/decorations to break up line of sight? Could help with the battling

Not much new. The fighting looks to be over but still a little aggression. They aren't eating much yet but other than that they look like they are healthy

That's all they had I wanted 5-6
