Bolivian Ram Sexing

I got these three from pet smart yesterday. I'm planning on getting 3 more and trying to get them to breed. Can anyone tell the sex of any of these? Also, are the big enough to breed or do they need to get a bit bigger.

Tank is 46 gallon bow front heavily planted

You may have to wait a few days until the have settled in a bit and their color comes back a little more. In my experience (which isn't much), they are really stressed when you first get them and they look washed out for a few days.
Also, how big are they? An inch, inch and a half, two inches?

Is this a ram only tank? It could get pretty crazy in there if they breed..

About an inch and a half. There are six oto algae eaters and I wasn't sure what else. Should I get something else to curb the aggression?
