Breeding net?

How long or when should I put a holding female in a breeding net? I have a female who is holding but I don't know how long she has been? I do have a breeding net, but I'm not sure if It will stress her out to much? I have a 5gal with fry in it already so I don't know if I should put her in there until she spits or would that cause to much stress for everyone? The fry in the 5gal are only a month old so I don't think they would be able to eat the new fry? I'm just not sure what to do.

You could strip them from her witch is probably your best option if you dont have a extra tank to put her in. If you do then is put her in a empty tank till she spits them then move her out and the fry into the fry tank.
