Pretty good list, basically they will breed when their ready. I've seen some of these behaviors and none other times so it depends

Sorry I have so many questions… what is the smallest size they will try. Mine are 1 inch but the female has lots of pink and blue on her belly and they follow each other all around the tank

It's not so much size as it is age. Usually around 6 months you can expect breeding behavior
