Can my fish be stunted?

I purchased four baby Melanochromis auratus. Since I added them to my tank three grow about one centimeter. One has remained the same size.

I知 not worried so much as I am curious why the difference. Will he catch up to the others or is he stunted?
110 gallon tank with Mbuna cichlids
