Chichlids in my tank?

I went back today and I noticed Auratus and Kenyi Cichlids, aswell as the yellowlabs.

What happens if you put more agressive fish with less so ones?
Just pester or kill the fish?

Do all semi agressive cichlids tear up plants?

Aggressive fish put with less aggressive fish may lead to stress and tore up fins.

I was noticing my skunks would every once in awhile mess with a cory so I put a tiger loach in there. Now the skunks are chased all day long by the tiger and they are starting to hide in odd places (behind the heater).
