Cichlid Dance

I love watching my African cichlids doing the fast twitch shaking dance. They never seem to bore me. Btw what does that mean. I'm guessing dominance? They flare up and change colors while dancing and going in circles.

I have notice this! First time I saw it I thought crap! I have ick! So when they shake is it mating thing or a dominance thing?

It could be mating if they are actually able to breed, otherwise I think it's just a territoral thing..as far as I know with them doing that.

Lol. I have a red zebra that swims toward the glass and turns on its side and hovers with great big eyes. I love it
