Cichlid ID for a friend

A friend of mines roommates moved out and left two tanks behind, this is a shot of the one. I know they are African but that's as far as my knowledge goes. She's probably going to be refining them but was hoping to be able to keep them in better condition than they were till then. Any help would be great

Yellow labs on the ones Caleb mentioned. The yellow with dark bars looks to be a male kenyi. The blue one looks like a socolofi.

Exotics got it right. Also i see a venutstus. That may be the only issue in the tank as mixing mbuna with any haps or peacocks could result in problems.

In my experiences, kenyii are super territorial and aggressive compared to your other fish. That being said i have had all your fish in my tank together now for a little over six months with just territory issues but the other fish have figured it out.
