cichlids for a 125 gal

Just starting out researching cichlids. Quick question, (and this will probably be only the beginning of the questions ) can mbuna and peacocks be mixed in the same tank?

Sometimes. Why didn't you just keep the discus (a type of cichlid, albeit not an African) that came with the tank?

Yes. But as they grow, you may want to choose either Mbuna or Peacocks. We currently have them mixed but are leaning towards an Mbuna only tank. And that is mainly due to aggression from breeding.

The discus are being sold to people already. Spoken for that is.
