I have a 10 gallon and was wondering, what kinds of cichlids, could live in there?

Not even a dwarf cichlid?

Depending on the dimensions of It I'm sure that you could do some type of shell dweller or Apistogramma.

Got any ideas? I'm open to anything, this is going to be my first time with cichlids.

Unfortunately this is where my knowledge of this topic ends. I don't know specific types of shell dwellers but there's a ton of members I have in mind that can help you greatly in this department.

With a 10 gallon tank you have little room for error when it comes to the type of fish and the water parameters. I don't have shell dwellers nor have I ever owned a tank under 25 gal, so all I can suggest is do your research first.

Neolamprologus multifasciatus 2 maybe 3 and at least 3 shells per fish with sand substrate nothing else in the tank with then.

Thanks, are there any other shell-dwellers that you would recommend?
