Compatability

I'm thinking of doing a 90-110 gallon tank with about 15 Tropheus (moliro, chilanga? Undecided as of yet) with possibly 10 yellow top afras and some yellow labs. I've never dealt with afras but have heard they're not very aggressive. Am I looking at a lot of comparability issues here?

Tropheus should really only be kept in a species only tank. I wouldn't recommend mixing them.

I agree, as they will develop a colony with a specific hierarchy which is quite fascinating to watch.
