Convict cichlids

I Just wanted to know if convict cichlids like tropical fish flakes because i have a few tropical fish in my tank right now and thats the only food that i have right now.

Ok... I already have some mini cichlid pellets that i used to feed my oscar when he was smaller but those pellets would be to large for the convicts...

Convicts are a great cichlid to keep.

Flakes are perfectly fine, i have seven of them and they literally eat anything
