convict has white tumor looking bumps

My convict has a couple small white bumps on his tail and one big one on his right wing. It doesn't look like ick though, any ideas?

I'll post pictures asap.

Google Lymphocystis and let us know if it looks like that, it's a viral infection which rarely results in death.

Kind of looks like it, but on a much smaller scale then google images so idk. If it is what should I do and does it spread to other fish?
