Cory Cats and Convicts

Can they go together? Tank size is 37g. My current tank is infested with BBA and MTS and in a few months I am going to sanitize the whole tank and get new everything(lights, heater, filters, substrate - as much as I can replace to make sure that I don't have that problem again). I have neons but they will be traded into the lfs. Plan is to replace them with 2 convicts and see if I can get them to breed.

I wouldn't advise it especially if it's a male and female convict pair

My advice is don't breed convicts lol they're a dime a dozen and you won't be able to get rid of them fast enough unless selling them as feeders. I'd recommend picking a species within the genus cryptoheros, which breed easily and can actually be sold. Species include, but are not limited to:
Panamense
Nanoluteus
Chetmulensis
Semptemfasciatus
Sajica
Spilurus

Etc
