Could do with some help please

Hello every been on here a few times with a few bits and bobs but this time i need some help ive set my wife up a African cichlid tank about a year a go had a few die on me but to be fair ive got the hang of them now and now i think i have one pregant but not to sure so vould some one tell me please and if so what do do with her as im not really to sure meny thanks russell
