Crazy idea ... Putting some fry into my turtle tank?

I have some convict fry , and I have no clue what to do with them. I don't want to cull them or anything. My turtle tank is huge compared to the tank they are in now. I was thinking maybe if I move them into the turtle tank they were be so tiny the turtles would not mess with them. Unlike the other fish around them. Would that work ?

The turtles will probably like that idea a lot.

If your tank isn't large I think the turtles will hunt them down.

My turtle tank is 150 gal. So I am hoping if I do that they can always find a place to hide, but they don't seem to swim that fast so that could be an issue .

Install some hiding places like weeds and some will survive. Maybe even a lot of them.
