Discovered single female lab in all male tank, need suggestions

I used my main tank's water

He took a turn for the worst..i put him in my main tank to see how e would do and ge would just drift and sink...then i discovered a ich spot! Immeditaly put him back on the hospital bucket.

Now hes got internal parasites and ich

K, you need a quarantine tank and get a sponge filter or something. He needs a decent environment, and i think you need something bigger than a 5 gallon bucket. Raise the temperature up more for the ich. Sorry can't help much more, i don't know much about diseases.

I got him a 10G with a tertra 10G HOB filter. Put in a airstone as well

He is doing very well, no more white stringly poop, hes eating and acting like a regular fish. Now i jus thave to address the ICH on him

Hes at the home stretch now, i hope he makes a full recovery

86, i got a extra heater too
He should be fine, hes a totally new fish from the day i had him.
I honestly didnt think he would survive the first night.

K, and yeah, higher temps can help kill off ich.

first pic is the blackfin, i assume its male but could be wrong

2nd is OB and ruby

3rd is my red collar and lemon jake in back

4th is the Jake and sulfer head

I got a yellow lab and regal but it was to ohard to get a shot of them not darting around

i have peacocks and haps too, but my show tank isnt very far along and is actually all females except 2, so i want all your colorful males lol. But then i have some nice aulonocara usisya in my 55.
